### From emergency…  
Two Aquaforce 500 mobile units and a system of distribution (manifolds and flexible water storage tanks) were installed on the site of the university that had been transformed into a reception center for a thousand people without homes. This equipment based on the technology of ultrafiltration is able to supply 15 liters of drinking water per person per day to a population of up to 2,000 people. Thanks to a shuttle of water tankers, 3,000 people from the surrounding neighborhoods, and the hospital, were able to be supplied with water. 

### …to assessment  
At the request of UNICEF, the volunteers also carried out a mission to assess the damage caused by the cyclone to the water supply systems and treatment plants in 25 localities in the Tacloban region in order to prepare for action to rehabilitate them.
