Environmental engineering is a hot topic! A record number of students have recently registered for the Uved Mooc on environmental engineering, run with the support of the Veolia Foundation. Over 7,600 students registered before the launch date (Monday 23 October) to follow the four-week course.

The course will focus on the history of environmental engineering, basic concepts, challenges (restoration, compensation and agro-ecology) and the ethical, legal, political, economic and anthropological frameworks involved when undertaking environmental engineering.
No specific pre-requisites are required as the course offers an introduction to the subject. Students will have to devote two to three hours a week to the course and a certificate of attendance will be issue based on the results of the exercises undertaken by the students. Registration is open until 1 December. It’s time to get online! RESSOURCES:
