## Skills sponsorship at the heart of our 3 areas of action

Veoliaforce skills sponsorship consists of making the expertise of Veolia employees available to the partners of the Veolia Foundation. It is embedded across the Foundation's three areas of action:

## How does skills sponsorship work?

- **Modality:** On-site or remote
- **Working time:** Employees carry out their missions during working hours, while retaining their usual salary and employment status.
- **Expenses covered:** The Veolia Foundation handles all logistics, travel, and mission expenses.
- **Preparation:** Volunteers receive tailored training prior to departure (risk management, field-specific conditions, equipment operation).

Veoliaforce volunteers come from all Veolia divisions and Group entities worldwide and are fully trained to intervene. During dedicated training courses, they familiarize themselves with the latest emergency intervention techniques and learn to work together in conditions close to those in the field.
