Centre français des Fonds et Fondations

Founded in 2002, the Centre français des Fonds et Fondations (CFF) now has almost 500 members. Its mission is to promote knowledge and development of the sector, and to foster a strong culture of philanthropy in France, in the service of all causes of general interest. It supports, documents and reinforces a sector in full evolution, mutation and diversification. It is the spokesperson for foundations and endowment funds in their dealings with public authorities. As a reference information center, it monitors legislation, regulations and tax issues. The Veolia Foundation is a member, alongside other corporate and other foundations and endowment funds.

In 2020, CFF created the Cercle Action internationale, designed as an advocacy forum for member organizations involved in international development. The aim is to encourage the exchange of best practices, create synergies and enhance skills. Through this circle, its members also have the opportunity to engage in dialogue with other players in international action, notably public institutions such as the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs and the French Development Agency (AFD).

By supporting the Cercle Action internationale, the Veolia Foundation ensures that the program will be enriched by the involvement of new speakers and the multiplication of events. The challenge is clear: to improve collective cooperation and reinforce individual effectiveness.
