"Serving as the Foundation’s Ambassador for North America has been a true honor. What impacted me most was the opportunity to unite our volunteers around a shared purpose and to transform their expertise into a tangible impact for communities.
Supporting our employees in sharing their skills—particularly in water, where our company has such unique capabilities—has helped anchor a true culture of skilled volunteering within our operations. This international collaboration has not only strengthened our effectiveness but also our sense of belonging to a global group.
Since its launch, the program has been a resounding success. Through active communication—including town halls, testimonials, and newsletters—we have inspired many employees from VNA and Water Tech to step forward. We now have a robust pipeline of volunteers, ensuring the long-term sustainability of the model.
Ultimately, this initiative has become a powerful lever to embody our purpose, strengthen employee engagement, and amplify our social impact."

« For me, the idea is to act as a relay for the Foundation to strengthen its action in these professions, which I know well. Initially, I am keen to raise awareness of the Foundation and its skills sponsorship program among Veolia entities in the waste management sector. The medium-term goal is to be able to identify the right expert to meet the needs expressed each time the Foundation is approached by one of its partners. Being useful remains essential. »
