Volunteering & Sponsorship

Veolia current employees are the lynchpin of the Foundation, which relies on their voluntary commitment to serve people in need.

Veolia employees get involved in the Foundation's operations and projects

Mobilized during their working hours, volunteers work in humanitarian emergencies or on development projects. At the request of humanitarian organizations, they may be sent out into the field for several weeks or provide their expertise remotely.

Veoliaforce volunteers come from one of the Veolia group's business lines: Water, Energy, Waste. The Foundation coordinates and covers logistics and travel expenses. More info.

The sponsor is the link between the project partner and the Foundation:

  • He/she meets the project owner on a regular basis and verifies the relevance of his/her initiative in relation to the Foundation's criteria;
  • He/she assesses the project's technical and financial feasibility and assists the project owner throughout the application process;
  • He/she follows the project through to completion.
