25 Veolia employees given emergency response training

25 employees from Veolia Eau, Veolia SA, Veolia Water Technologies, VERI, OTV and RVD completed a three-day emergency humanitarian relief training course.

25 employees from the group followed the Veoliaforce course from 30 May to 2 June close to Le Mans. These foundation volunteers (factory workers, operatives, sales engineers, QES managers, automation engineers and project managers) were from Veolia Eau, Veolia SA, Veolia Water Technologies, VERI, OTV and RVD. They followed a three-day programme, combining theoretical sessions and practical workshops, led by the Foundation’s team.

The presentations focused on details about the operations run by the Foundation on the ground and safety when on operations, as well as providing information about our operational partners, such as the French Red Cross and Médecins sans Frontières.
The practical workshops enabled the volunteers to learn how to assemble and operate the Aquaforce mobile water treatment units that the Foundation uses in disaster areas.
